Raw Material Sorting

We remove heavily contaminated garments with oil, paint, chemical residue, or unsuitable odors, as well as non-cotton, synthetic, polyester-heavy, denim, and hard fabrics.

Cutting & Hard Object Removal

Selected cotton materials are cut into wiping pieces, commonly around 30 × 50 cm irregular sizes. Buttons, zippers, metal accessories, and hard objects are visually checked and removed.

Washing & UV Sanitization Options
